LifeOS

Focus, habits and goals, on your iPhone. The companion to Peak Fettle.

LifeOS is built around one question: is your time going where you want it to? It puts the apps that pull you in on a schedule, turns good intentions into routines that survive real life, and keeps your goals in view.

What it does

  • Focus. Group the apps and websites that eat your time, then block them on a schedule, cap them with a daily or weekly budget, or start a focus session. Breaks go through a short waiting room, so you open an app on purpose, not on reflex.
  • Habits. Single habits or morning and evening stacks, with rest days and skips that don’t wipe out your streak.
  • Goals. Goals across six areas of life, broken into milestones and linked to the habits that move them, with a short weekly review.
  • Check-ins. One-tap mood check-ins and short guided exercises, like box breathing and a body scan.

What you track stays on your iPhone. Read exactly what does and doesn’t reach our servers in the LifeOS privacy policy.

Pricing

LifeOS is included with Peak Fettle Pro, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store. One subscription, bought in either app, unlocks Pro in both. Prices for your region are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Support

Why does LifeOS ask for Screen Time access?

iOS only lets an app block or limit other apps after you approve Screen Time access for it. LifeOS asks for access to your own iPhone only; it is not a parental-control app. You can turn it off any time in Settings › Screen Time.

Can LifeOS see which apps I use?

No. The apps you pick reach LifeOS as opaque tokens, and your usage charts are drawn by iOS in a sandboxed extension. That data never leaves your iPhone and never reaches us. See the privacy policy.

My Focus rules aren’t blocking anything.

Focus rules need iOS 18 or later. Check that Screen Time access is still on (Settings › Screen Time) and that the rule is enabled for today. If an app still shows a shield just after a rule ends, give it a few seconds to catch up.

I already have Peak Fettle Pro. Do I pay again?

No. One Pro subscription unlocks both apps. Sign in to LifeOS with the same account, then tap “Already subscribed in Peak Fettle? Refresh” on the subscription screen.

How do I restore a purchase or cancel?

To restore, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

I’m switching iPhones. What happens to my data?

Your LifeOS data lives on your iPhone. If you turned on backup, restore it on the new phone with your recovery code. Screen Time app choices are tied to the device by iOS, so you’ll pick those apps again once.

How do I delete my account?

In LifeOS, go to You › Privacy & data › Delete account. Your account is shared with Peak Fettle, so this deletes both.
